Your files

Files you upload exist for one purpose: running the conversion you asked for. The uploaded input is deleted automatically the moment your conversion finishes — successfully or not.

Converted output files stay downloadable for a limited window (24 hours on the Free plan, 7 days on paid plans) and are then deleted. A storage-level expiry acts as a backstop in case the immediate deletion ever fails.

We never open, inspect, sell, or use your files for anything else. They are never used to train AI models.

How files move

Uploads and downloads go directly between your browser (or API client) and our object storage over TLS, using time-limited signed URLs. File contents do not pass through our application or web servers.

What we log

For each conversion we keep operational metadata: the source and target format, file size, timing, and the outcome (including an error code if it failed). This is what powers your job history and helps us fix failures.

We keep standard web logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for abuse prevention and debugging, retained briefly and then discarded.

Accounts and billing

If you create an account we store your email address and, on paid plans, billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

AI agents can register anonymously; an anonymous agent registration stores no personal data until a human claims it with their account.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Advertising measurement runs only if you allow it.

Advertising measurement

If you allow measurement, we use Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful actions: successful conversions, API key creation, agent claims, and paid checkout.

When measurement is allowed, we may store ad click identifiers from the landing URL and send conversion events to Google Ads. We keep ad personalization off by default.

Your rights

You can delete a conversion (and its files) at any time from the job itself, and delete your account and its data from the dashboard. For anything else — data export, questions, complaints — contact us and we'll sort it out.

Abuse prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited browser information for that check under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
